A New Year Poem

2020 - A Prophetic Poem

Year flies away they say,
True to it, 19 to 20 seems so,
So far it looked before but now behind us,
In this cosmic race we think, just another year.

Year just don't go and come,
There is a Creator, who planned it so perfectly,
In His blueprint the good news is we are in it,
Never should be a day or night pass without thanks or praises.

This year have come and all is well it seems,
We as humans, have troubles and sorrows we asked not for,
Having hope daily there is a God for us and not against us,
We look not backward but forward b'cos of God's promises.

Yester year may not have seen the promises to you fulfilled,
But to us the hope shines, brighter to increase our love for Him,
Never give up hope for the reward is at stake as faith shakes us,
The shaking will be good and love will be perfected to fill you with heaven on earth.

You will be more blessed year after year to grow in Love for God which is His working in us and not ours by effort,
Faith which shook us will build us this year, hope that seemed to fade away will give us a clear 20/20 vision,
Love lost forever will not make us dry anymore as it will become a sweet fountain within us unto eternal life,
The great Emmanuel will be with us moment after moment in this year to make a perfect 20/20 vision come to pass.
