What Does The Bible Reveal Regarding Divorce And Remarriage For A Christian?

Can A Believer Ever Divorce When Rejected And Left Completely Alone For Years Together By The Other Partner?

What About Divorce And Remarriage In The Life Of A Believer Because Of Desertion?

Even the best believer can get struck at marriage, where one partner wants to divorce because of their own reasons. May be, because of someone else influence in a woman's life...the man believer may even be a pastor to wait for seven years for his wife, still the girl doesn't want to live. The same can be vice-versa in the case of an unfaithful man. In this case, Paul says, in 1 Cor 7th chapter...."15th Verse: But if the unbeliever departs, let him depart; a brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases. But God has called us to peace.

16th Verse: For how do you know, O wife, whether you will save your husband? Or how do you know, O husband, whether you will save your wife?".

In other words, if both are true believers and love Jesus individually, they will seek for the peace of God in their heart and families to get it restored as soon as possible within their marriage, as God has called us to peace. Glory to God!

Divorce is not something that God has given, to use based on our emotion. God wants peace and love in the home to bring up godly children. But from the time of Moses, divorce on paper was given because of hardened heart that doesn't keep the marriage vows made before God and people. Marriage is not a dead end street, but rather a institution of the heart that needs love, mercy, grace, forgiveness and compassion to move on in life when rejection comes unexpectedly.

Also irreconcilable differences cannot go on forever, after sometime the man or woman who waits needs to tell God about the impasse, and marry to move on in life and not waste thinking and spending time in worry of what has happened or doesn't happen, or no possibility of conciliation on the other side. To make a sound clap, both hands need to come together. Or else find one that makes it. Believers should marry believers, and not get mixed up with unbelievers or name sake ones. Love from husband and submission to husband's authority should work coherently to have the same mind, and in midst of them both, God should be present as a glue to have a workable and happy married life in the institution of marriage. Hallelujah!

ADULTERY NEEDS REPENTANCE, CONFESSION AND FORGIVENESS FROM GOD AND THE OTHER PARTNER FOR CURE! DIVORCE IS SIN, BUT IN CASE OF FAILING, IT NEEDS TIME TO BUILD AGAIN, BUT BY GOD'S GRACE IS POSSIBLE.

ONE NEED NOT WAIT FOR THE OTHER PARTNER TO DIE INDEFINITELY, WHICH WILL ONLY DEPRESS ONE'S SOUL MORE AND MORE TO HATE WHICH IS LIKE DRINKING POISON AND EXPECTING THE OTHER TO DIE. BUT RATHER DIVORCE IS GIVEN WITH A CERTIFICATE TO LET THE OTHER PARTNER MOVE ON IN LIFE WITHOUT REGRET ABOUT WHATEVER HAPPENED IN ONE'S PAST! LET GO AND LET GOD! GOD WILL FINALLY JUDGE EACH ONE ACCORDING TO ONE'S MOTIVE AND WORK, TO REWARD OR ELSE MAKE EACH ONE REGRETFULLY REWARDLESS BOTH TEMPORALLY AND ETERNALLY!

Much Blessings.....
