You Can't Spell It Without The "U" in Jes'U's
If there is one grand thing in the gospel message that is unmistakably clear, it is all about us who have been chosen by God and are welcomed in to the family of God which we do not least deserve because of our sin nature within us as the sons of Adam. But God in His goodness and mercies have forgiven all our sins the moment we realized ourselves as sinners and asked God for forgiveness through inviting Jesus as our Saviour and Lord of our lives. After we have become God's children now because of His love, He has given us a new assignment to be an ambassador of His love, to carry His love in to this loveless world that lives for material and is fully oppurtunistic to its very core.
Of all the goodness that God has showered upon us, the revelation that God loves us equally to His only begotten Son Jesus should make us become a willing carrier of this message of His love to all the person whom God brings in to contact with us day after day, in our work place, schools, colleges, hospitals, highways and byways, where ever we meet people.
Like the day when we have found a purpose in our life when we met Jesus, God wants many to find their purpose for their lives through us sharing the message of His unconditional love towards them. Are we willing to let God in our lives in such a way that He can love the loveless through us? Are we willing to let God speak love to the loveless heart through our mouth? Are we willing to let God show His loving hands and feet to the needy through ours? Are we willing to let God type the words of comfort, edification and exhortation on the computer keyboard which He wants the broken hearted saints to read and get revived? May we be passionate enough to love God and let God love people through us in our short journey on earth called life. The following poem will make you understand that you are so important to God and He loves you, He has a customized plan and a future life of glory. He only wants you now to tell people that he loves them just as He loves you. It all depends on you dear saint, say yes to God and let God live through you from today. "The U in JesUs"
Before U were thought of or time had begun,
God even stuck U in the name of His Son.
And each time U pray, you'll see it's true
You can't spell out JesUs and not include U.
You're a pretty big part of His wonderful name,
For U, He was born; that's why He came.
And His great love for U is the reason He died.
It even takes U to spell crUcified.
Isn't it thrilling and splendidly grand,
He rose from the dead, with U in His plan?
The stones split away, the gold trUmpet blew,
and this word resUrrection is spelled with a U.
When JesUs left earth at His Upward ascension,
He felt there was one thing He just had to mention.
"Go into the world and tell them it's true,
That I love them all - Just like I love U."
So many great people are spelled with a U,
Don't they have a right to know JesUs too?
It all depends now on what U will do,
He'd like them to know, But it all starts with U.
